When an user send a ticket with a file and it fails (due to the extension or the size of the file) the file is not uploaded, the ticket is not sent but the number of credits is decreased. I think it doesn´t have any sense. The credits are decreased without any reason.

What do you think about it?
Thank you

This is a known issue. Due to the way uploads and credit charges work we can't solve it yet.

But do you plan a solution for future releases? Because for users that use Akeeba Suscriptions and Akeeba Tickets linked with the plugin ATS credits for Akeeba suscripcions it could be a big problema. Maybe, one possibility is to send the tickets anyway, even if the attached fails.

Thank you

We are trying to find a solution. I can't possibly say when the solution will be ready, as we're still looking for a solution.
