We are using your ticket system now on two sites and the (Alpha) version works nice.
One request I would like to put on the list:
We use the credit system with our clients and have several different people doing this. What we miss is a time overview for the support staff. How much time was spent on tickets and how much did each support person contribute.
Could be a simple total overall or per month but we need to pay people depending on the time spent. Hope this finds a spot on the 'wishlist'
