I downloaded what appears to be an excellent ticketing system. Congrats on that!
Now to the problem.
I installed the component OK and started to go to see available translations in Portuguese. The package you provide on http://cdn.akeebabackup.com/language/ats/ats-pt-PT-j25.zip installed ok too but the strings were not showing up and when I went to see about what language files were installed I came accross some discrepancies between the english language files (these are en-GB right?) and the portuguese (pt-PT) ones.
- First thing I noted is that in these files there were no Portuguese strings at all. The strings were all in English despite the files being named pt-PT. Can you confirm this, please?
- Second is that the files listed inside the language package are not the same than the ones installed with ATS by default. Could you please confirm this too?
I crosschecked on transifex if there was a newer version and I saw that there is an ATS translation area indeed but the the Portuguese translations are not being adequately followed up.
I already translated the two big files for ATS (frontend and backend) but I would like to reinstall the whole component and reinstall the pt-PT language package done by me with an adequately synched to en-GB and conformed structure before I go on using the component.
Could you help me out?
