ATS has been setup to only use private tickets but when I switch the priority in the top dropdown in a new ticket, it switches back to a public ticket.
Not sure it is a bug or feature but I would prefer to keep the status private :-)

Hm, I can't seem to be able to reproduce this issue. I think you are witnessing a different bug that I solved last week: the default warning text for public/private tickets was screwed up. This is already fixed in the latest dev release. Can you please check it out?

Tested with 9313d25(Alpha) but I still get the brown warning. Indeed it might not have changed to public but I still see the warning.

I am wondering why I cannot reproduce this :s Please try clearing your browser cache. Then go to new ticket. Select Private. Change the priority. The private status shouldn't change.

Purged site and browser cache before testing.

Please note that this category only accepts private tickets. So no option for the client to choose, in the config it has been set to private:

Select private automatic
Allow only private tickets

When I change priority, no option to switch private/public comes up. When I submit the ticket I can see it stays private. So clearly you are right (as always) that it is only the warning popping up wrongly.

I cannot reproduce this issue with the latest dev release. It seems that when you installed it some files were not written to the site correctly?

Always install at least twice to prevent issues like missing files. But in my case it remains.
No biggy so lets wait for you new final release unless you want to poke around that site.
