Reply by Email is set up and working properly.
'System - Akeeba Ticket System reply by email' plugin is enabled for every 2 minutes for testing.
We keep getting this error message at the top of the page in the backend.

 Error
COM_ATS_ERR_MAIL_CANNOTRETRIEVE Mailbox is empty

Screen shot is attached.
We can give you admin access if need be.

The mail server is returning the error message "Mailbox is empty" when trying to retrieve new messages. What are you using? IMAP or POP3?

POP3 , not a gmail account . For now I just set to not delete the email on server, and the error message does not come up.
