I work with customers buying 'timed support' for example 10 hours support and another one is 5 hours support per month.
I haven't seen an option to related the credits with my time spent. Every ticket takes a different amount of time. It can also involve changing things on sites etc.
In my current helpdesk I set the time used (as already in ATS too) and the time gets deducted from their prepaid total. Clients can see an overview of time left in the help desk.
Do you see a way to implement this?
I would say that the credit system only needs to deduct based on time spent. Everything else seems already in the works. If I use the credits as minutes, it should be pretty complete.
