Hi,

Is there any modul to put the available credits in the front-end like the active subscription modul?

Thanks

No, there isn't. This information is only visible in the ticket system itself. I thought it didn't make any sense to report it anywhere else, as it doesn't directly translate to how many tickets you can submit / reply to. What is your use case? I want to understand it before I build such a feature.

Hi Nicholas,

In our site (lawyers consulting page), customers buy subscriptions with a number of credits. They can use this credits to send legal questions to the lawyers. When they finish the number of credits they have to buy another subscription (pack of credits).

In the front-end I have an area for personal account information with the subscription active and some messages for the customers but I can´t put there the number of credits available in their account!

Thanks

OK, we are already working on it. When it's ready for testing we will contact you with testing instructions.
