 Hi,

I´m playing a little bit with ATS and was trying to allow only private tickets in a single category, but I wasn´t able to figure out how. I also can´t find something about hat in the documentation.

I tried to set Joomla ACL in this category to "Allow" for "Create private tickets" and dissallow the other settings. But with this I wasn´t able to create a ticket.

Can you assist me?

Thanks

You cannot force all tickets to be private, but you can set up a category to make new tickets private by default (unless the user selects otherwise). To do so set the "Auto-select Private" in the Category options to Yes. Even though your user can possibly select Public they most likely won't, especially when they are posting sensitive information.

Ahh ok.
I already discovered the private by default feature, but for some categories it would be useful to keep them real private so that even a user can´t change from private to public by mistake.

Would be glad if you could add this in future versions!??

Thanks
