First of all: How was JAB? I heard you were busy coding, as usual.
On topic: We've decided to adopt Akeeba Tickets for our Ticket System because "It Just Works". And we obviously made the right choice, because with the next version - bam - a ton of new useful features.
However, I do have a question (or request) about the "Assigned Tickets".
1) As of right now, when a ticket is assigned to you, you don't get a notice (unless I missed that one). Are there any plans to send a notice to the person who the ticket is assigned to, by e-mail?
2) Do you expect to add a "My Assigned Tickets" feature in the future, where a Help Desk user can see the tickets assigned specifically to them, so they don't need back-end access to filter the tickets?
I'm just throwing out my line, seeing if you'll bite. ;-)
