I test the ats-mail-fetch and output a error.

I change this:
JCli::getInstance( 'ATSMailFetchApp' )->execute( );
to this:
JApplicationCli::getInstance( 'ATSMailFetchApp' )->execute( );

but still have a error.

Good news. The problem only occurred in Joomla! 3.1. So much for the promised backwards compatibility :D I have now fixed everything in the latest dev release which will be uploaded in about 5 minutes.
