 Hello,

I installed version 1.11 ats and when in the field I entered "1 er tic" a series of errors Undefined appears.

No, you had tried to enter a new ticket with this title before. Log off and log back in, then try to file a new ticket. It's gone.

I just tried with a new entry '10 st tic "and it's always the same result.

You seem to have enabled the InstantReply feature in this ATS category without having DocImport installed. Can you please disable it?
