I have this error once ticket has been opened in frontend :

SE HA PRODUCIDO UN ERROR CARGANDO EL COMPONENTE: COM_AKEEBASUBS, 1

any idea about it ? any plugin I should publish ? thx !

I think you should actually unpublish a plugin, namely the "Akeeba Subscriptions - Akeeba Ticket System credits integration" plugin.

Do you have Akeeba Subscriptions installed on your site, but disabled? Moreover, can you please provide a screenshot of the page where the error occurs?

nop I don't have akeeba Subscriptions . I just installed akeeba ticket system. no need to subscribe.

this error occurs raising a case and replying to it.

That's a confirmed bug which will be fixed in the next release. The next release is scheduled for mid June. If you are on a deadline please use the latest dev release. Do note that some of the newer features we've added are undocumented and may not be fully functional just yet. The core functionality, i.e. submitting and replying to tickets, is fully functional and being tested on our own site.
