hi there ! I guess that something is misconfigured somewhere but I don't know where

I am with super adm right

I created a default category, menu with :
- my tickets
- latest open
- Tickets (link to category)

then, when I try to create a ticket, I have this error message :

SORRY, YOU DO NOT SEEM TO HAVE ACCESS TO ANY TICKETS IN THIS CATEGORY

any idea why ? thx for your help !

If you have a menu item pointing to an ATS category which is a child item of another menu item which is not related to ATS (e.g. a separator) you will have this problem. This is a limitation of the URL router we are using. I am working on it. In the meantime please try reorganising your menu items so that all menu items pointing to ATS categories are children items of a menu item pointing to ATS' list of categories.
