I would like to commend you on creating another great product.  You seem to always put forth the extra effort to make your products both technically functional and extremely usable in real-life scenarios.  
 
I really appreciate all the hard work you put into your products. You go out of your way to correct any found errors and won't hesitate to release an updated version.  You even go to great lengths to explain things in your concise documentation.  
 
Your products are reasonably priced, considering what each product actually does.  You are a class act when it comes to PHP developers!  Keep up the great accomplishments and I look forward to using Akeeba Ticket System and your other great products for years to come.
