Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

There is no password recovery but you can do a partial re–installation.
Delete the Solo/assets/private/config.php file. Solo will let you install it again, part of which is setting up your user account including the password. It does not overwrite the database contents. This should allow you to get back into your Solo installation.
