Good morning

I set correctly the fast post-processing of backups to be uploaded to Backblaze, but at the end of the backup Akeeba shows me this error:

WARNING |191003 10:23:19|Upload cannot proceed. BackBlaze B2 returned an error message: 500 :: Backblaze B2 API Error service_unavailable: c002_v0001126_t0011 is too busy

Salve,

controllando l'errore riportato sembrerebbe un problema con il server remoto, niente che noi (io e lei) possiamo evitare.
L'unica cosa che potrebbe causare intoppi potrebbe essere la dimensione del file. Ho visto che gli archivi creati sono di 2Gb e il backup totale più di 5Gb.
Akeeba Backup effettua l'upload dei file un pezzo alla volta, per evitare timeout, sarà poi compito del server remoto assemblare di nuovo le varie parti per ottenere nuovamente il file originario.
Con file molto grandi questo potrebbe causare problemi, potrebbe provare a impostare una Part Size di 500Mb e riprovare?

Purtroppo a questo punto non c'è niente che possiamo fare: il problema è nel server remoto che non riesce ad accettare abbastanza richieste.
Potrebbe tentare a contattare il servizio assistenza di Backblaze.

Ho scritto al supporto tecnico di Backblaze e mi confermano che il problema deriva da un'errata implementazione tecnica per la comunicazione con le API di BackBlaze, pertanto si, il problema è di Akeeba.

Hello,

This error message indicates the server is no longer accepting new uploads. A new upload URL should be requested and that URL used for uploads going forward. For reference, this information can be found in the docs here: https://www.backblaze.com/b2/docs/b2_upload_file.html

Grazie mille per l'info!
A quanto pare il loro blog spiega molto meglio la situazione della loro documentazione API.
Vedremo di aggiornare il codice nella nuova versione di Akeeba Backup. A questo proposito, tale modifica verrà inclusa nella versione 7 di Akeeba: abbiamo in programma di rilasciare una beta nel giro di un paio di settimane, per poi passare alla versione stabile intorno a Gennaio.
Nel frattempo può provare a creare file più piccoli, 1Gb dovrebbe essere sufficiente.
