Joomla! version: 1.5.22
PHP version: 5.3.8
MySQL version: 5.0.92
Host: netweaver
Akeeba Backup version: 3.3.a3

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue: I've made a few backups in 2012, but none of the .jpa files show in my administrator > components > com_akeeba > backup folder.

The 2011 files are in there. I checked the akeeba configuration and all the settings point to com_akeeba > Backup.

I was able to dowanload the backup file directly from the Administer Backup Files section.

Any ideas, please?

You are using an unsupported version of Akeeba Backup (3.3.a3). Please upgrade to the latest supported version (3.3.11) and retry backing up.

BTW, the fact that you downloaded the backup archive shows that the file IS there. If it weren't, you wouldn't be able to download it. If you're accessing the backups through an FTP client or your host's control panel, please note that the file view may be paginated, i.e. the backups of 2012 might be on the second page of the results.
