Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Have I searched the forum before posting? Yes

Joomla! version: 1.5.24
PHP version: 5.2.17
MySQL version: 5.1.56
Akeeba Backup version: 3.3.10

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

After updating to Akeeba Pro 3.3.10 and using my download ID. I still get the same error when using the automatic update feature...

JFolder::files: Path is not a folder
ERRORNOTFINDJOOMLAXMLSETUPFILE

Invalid package type. The update can not proceed.

Please help

Click on Update Found, click on Refresh update information (that's the critical step!), then click on Update now. It should update without a problem.

If it doesn't, make sure your Download ID does not contain any leading/trailing spaces and that it's exactly what is printed under the list of your subscriptions in your https://www.akeebabackup.com/my-subscriptions.html page. If it's wrong/different, supply the correct Download ID and repeat the steps I mentioned above.
