Description of my issue:
I have just noticed that Akeeba Backup is not in the components drop down list. It is available through the control pannel Icon & seems to work fine in all other respects??

I suspect this is after updating to 3.3.11 but can't say I'm certain

This is a bug with Joomla!'s extensions installer. Normally, trying to install Akeeba Backup Professional 3.3.11's ZIP package on top of your existing installation should fix this.
