Joomla! version: 1.5.24
PHP version: 5.2.17
MySQL version: 5.0.77
Host: Apache/2.2.19
Akeeba Backup version: 3.3.6

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue.

Description of my issue:
Akeeba Backup was working fine when triggered by cron until after a successful upgrade to version 3.3.6 yesterday. It now runs and completes the backup of all files but fails to send the automated email - have checked the settings and these remain as they were before. Backup file looks to be complete and of correct size. Full log attached which shows the process ends when preparing to send the email.
Please advise.

That's correct. I just uploaded developer's release svn1031. It should fix this problem. Can you please install it and test it?

Thanks for amazing speed of turn around with new version - this appeared to generate one email at the point of installation and then behaved as expected with one backup together with one confirmation email when triggered by cron. Log attached for your information.

All right! Now it's working almost as I want it to work. What's still amiss is that it shouldn't email you on installation (when a restore point backup is taken), but that's an easy fix. Thank you for the very fast feedback, it's greatly appreciated!
