EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue.

Description of my issue:

My programmer set up the Joomla site on as FastCGI, but then enabled Apache to work on a component and then switched it back, and sense then I've had a few issues with Akeeba backup.

I tried backing up a form, but was unable to. I'm attaching the error here.
