Your log file didn't come through. Please go to your site's back-end, click on View Log, select the Back-end origin and then click on "Download log file". It will download a .txt file. Then, please place that file in a ZIP archive (please do not use RAR, 7Z or other archive formats) and attach the ZIP file here.

If the ZIP file is over 2Mb, please note that it will still not be accepted by our server. In this case, please upload the file to DropBox or Windows Live SkyDrive and paste a link here.

Hi!

Thank you for the log file. I can now see what's going on. The backup fails when Akeeba Backup is trying to list the contents of the t3-assets folder in your site's root. IIRC, this folder is a cache folder, created by JoomlArt's T3 framework. You don't need to be backing up its contents and, in fact, you must not back up its contents. It has thousands of files which will be regenerated automatically. Because they are thousands of files, your server takes a very long time and requires a lot of memory to list them all, which causes the backup to fail.

All you need to do is to go to your site's back-end, Components, Akeeba Backup, Files and Directories Exclusion and find the t3-assets directory on the left-hand pane. There are three icons next to it. Click the second and third icon. They will start spinning and then they'll become yellow. That's it! Just retry backing up now.

If it still fails, please ZIP and attach your new log file so that I can take a look.
