Joomla! version: ( Joomla! 1.5.23 Stable)
PHP version: ( 5.2.6 )
MySQL version: (5.0.45-community-nt )
Host: (http://www.vertex.net/)
Akeeba Backup version: (Akeeba Backup 3.3.4)

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue.

Description of my issue:
I have an error at the end of backup process. Could not rename last JPA part to .JPA extension I've tried the solutions mentioned in above post, I've deleted files in tmp folder and tried reinstalling and rerunning back up.

I've used Akeeba Backup and Kickstart successfully on several sites but always with same host(Hostgator).
I never have used on this host (Vertex).
I also try to change from jpa to Zip in configuration but same result.

I appreciate your help.

Hi! It looks as if your host creates the archive with strange permissions. Please take a look at your backup output directory (default: administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup) with an FTP browser and check the permissions of the .j01 file(s) in there. What are they?
