Description of my issue:
I wonder if I can retrieve a copy made with version 3.2.6 and joomla 1.6.6 and restore the backup version 3.3 in joomla 1.7, if possible, would like to know how to do

The answer is no, but almost. You can restore your site as it is right now. Then, you can upgrade Joomla! to 1.7.0 (using Admin Tools Core or Joomla!'s integrated update method), then update Akeeba Backup Core to 3.3.3 by downloading and installing it, without uninstalling your existing version. The whole process should only take about 10 minutes, from start to finish.
