Hello Rebecca,
Our configuration interface is being rendered entirely in Javascript. It looks like the third-party Javascript library we're using (jQuery) has an issue with Internet Explorer 7 and Internet Explorer 8/9 running in Compatibility Mode when trying to render the Browse button. As a side note, I'd like to remind you that when using the Compatibility mode, Internet Explorer 8 and 9 is using the Internet Explorer 7 HTML rendering and Javascript parsing engine, essentially making the browser behave exactly as Internet Explorer 7 (that's really on-the-fly downgrading of your browser version without even noticing it).
If you're using IE8/9, please try clicking on the "broken page" icon on your browser's address bar. If that doesn't help, or if you're using Internet Explorer 7, please try using a different browser. We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox. Doing so will allow you to see the interface properly and modify all settings.
Please note that this issue affects both the free Core release and the for-a-fee Professional release. Unfortunately, since this issue seems to spring from jQuery and the way Internet Explorer 7 handles the document being rendered, it can not be fixed. Well, the only fix is not using IE7 or IE8/9's compatibility mode, as the rendering and Javascript engine being used is archaic and extremely buggy.
