Mandatory information about my setup:

Joomla! version: 1.6.5 and 1.5.23
PHP version: 5.2.17
MySQL version: 5.0.92-community
Akeeba Backup version: Regards 3.3.1

Description of my issue:

I am a Akeeba Pro subscriber. I am trying to locate the 3.3.1 Pro version for download, but can only find the core version in the download section. Can you please advise?

Hello Christofer,

You had subscribed to our now obsolete AKSUBSPRO subscription instead of the AKEEBAPRO subscription. I had sent you an email about 6 weeks ago, but you never got back to me. I have now switched that subscription to AKEEBAPRO and you should be able to access Akeeba Backup Professional. Just log out, log back in and you should see the Pro download listed in the download page :)
