EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue.

Description of my issue:

i get a blank screen after I enter http://www.mydonmain.asia/kistart.php. Nothing happens.

I managed to get the jpa file restored on another computer on local host with no problems tho.

Hi!

Your host seems to be running PHP4 which is not supported by any of our software (Kickstart, Akeeba Backup Installer and Akeeba Backup itself). This will make restoring the site impossible on that host. Moreover, most of the modern Joomla! software does not support PHP4 either. I would recommend asking your host to update their server to at least PHP 5.2.17.

If your host claims to already have PHP 5 installed on their server, there is a known situation where the default PHP version is PHP 4 and PHP 5 is an option. In this case, please ask them to enable PHP 5 by default on your account and everything should work normally.
