Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I searched the forum before posting? Yes
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Joomla! version: 1.5.23
PHP version: 5.3.6
MySQL version: 5.1.56
Host: Rochen
Akeeba Backup version: 3.1.5

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue.

Description of my issue:

Hi again,

I just upgraded Akeeba pro to the latest version on a site, and by default now, all directories are excluded. The backup file is like 178kb...nothing in it.

I can't change the settings in the file/directory exclusion area of akeeba. I click on the red exclude icon next to any directory and it doesn't change to the un-excluded state, like it will on other sites.

Any ideas?

Thanks much,
Forest

Hi Forest,

At some point you seem to have upgraded to Akeeba Backup 3.3.b1 (or any other 3.3 alpha or beta version), then downgraded back to 3.2.7. When this happens, there are some filter files left behind that are not compatible with 3.2.7 and cause this issue. Please try upgrading to Akeeba Backup 3.3.b1 and retry backup. The issue should go away. If not, please ZIP and attach your new log file so that I can see how to best help you out.

Thanks, Nicholas.

Not sure how I downgraded. Must have been an accident.

It's working now though :)

Cheers,
