I keep receiving the error "Invalid Ajax Data" when I try to backup my Joomla 1.5 site using Akeeba 3.3.a3. I have searched the documentation and the forum on this issue, but nothing I have read helps to resolve the issue.

I have attached the log file.

Your log file didn't come through. Can you please retry putting the log file in a ZIP archive and attach it to a new post on this thread? Thank you in advance!

Nikolas,

I have attached the latest log file in zip format. I do hope you will be able to help me with this.

Nikolas,

Just an update. I ran the configuration wizard and then tried to do a backup and it worked without any errors. Hopefully, it will continue to do so.

Thank you,

Mark Fuss

Hello Mark,

I am glad it's working now! FYI, should a backup issue happen again, it's advisable to start with the troubleshooting instructions. The first step is, naturally, using the Configuration Wizard :)
