Akeeba Backup Professional version: 3.3.a3

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue.

Description of my issue:

Hello. I have upgraded to version 3.3.a3 and since then when I run the manually backup process it never finishes but it stays either to 73% or 75%.

I am attaching the log file.

I would appreciate your help.

Hello Despoina,

You are experiencing a timeout error while Akeeba Backup is trying to archive a very large file (15.7Gb!) on your site's root, called backup.tar.gz. Please delete this file, or exclude it using Akeeba Backup's Files and Directories Exclusion page.

Moreover, I would suggest applying the following settings in Akeeba Backup's Configuration:
- Minimum Execution Time: 1 second
- Maximum Execution Time: 16 seconds
- Runtime Bias: 70%

If the problem persists, please attach your new log.

I cannot seem to find the file you specified but I excluded it manually and I finally managed to run the backup.

I have also implemented the changes you suggested.

I know you are Greek and I am proud that Greeks do such a great job with joomla. So keep up the good job !!
