Since I updated to Akeeba Backup Professional svn683, I am getting an email each third hour telling me to update the component. How can I stop that?

You can disable the "System - Akeeba Backup Update Check" plugin. This is a known issue with SVN releases which will be fixed in the next SVN release.

In my plugin page it seems to be called "System - One Click Action". Right?

There are two plugins. One should be called "System - One Click Action", the other "System - Akeeba Backup Update Check". If you only see "System - One Click Action", disable both instances and let me know so that I can fix that.

Both oneclickaction and akeebaupdatecheck is named "System - One Click Action". I don't know why.

Please tell me, if you need further information.

That is a bug with the XML manifest file of plg_akeebaupdatecheck. Disable both of them for now. I have fixed all related issues and will publish 3.3.a2 very shortly.
