Joomla version is 1.5.22
Akeeba Backup Professional svn518 (2011-03-22)
PHP version 5.2.14
MySQL 5.1.50

After trying to update to 3.2.4 version of Akeeba Backup Pro, the first thing that happened is the updating process rendered a blank page.

Trying to refresh the page led me to the same updating process so I decided to do a manual update. Time-out problems happens.

I installed the new version through install panel correctly. But...

The update notification keeps saying "Update found! Click to update".

Is that a bug or should be worried? everything works fine so I think I can live with that.

Thanks in advance.

Most likely you have accidentally enabled the "Update only to developer releases" option. Just go to Akeeba Backup, click on the Component Parameters button, find the "Update only to developer releases" option towards the bottom, set it to No and Save. Reload the page and the notification will go away.
