Hi, the upgrade available icon in 3.2 is telling 3.2.1 is available. But I get a ERRORNOTFINDXMLSETUPFILE message. Also, the direct link comes back as a 404 error.
Hope this helps.

Using Backup Pro 3.2, on joomla 1.5.20, PHP 5.2.15, on Hostgator

There is a bug in the update code present in 3.2 and 3.2.1. You will have to update manually: log in to our site, download the new version's package and install it on top of your existing installation (do not uninstall the old release!).

I am going to release a new version today to address this issue.

Hi, okay I'll try a manual upgrade. (The update is listed as 3.2.2 but clicking the icon still produces the error.)

Yes, please try a manual update. Maybe it's also a good idea to disable the Lazy Scheduling plugin before upgrading and enable it afterwards.
