This issue is not due to the upgrade. This site is running on 3.2.b4 (we always the latest published version, be it alpha on beta, on ourselves) and backups are sent to S3 like clockwork. After seeing the other problems you have with the JPA archives we talked about in your private support ticket I came to the conclusion that your server has a major configuration issue. It seems that files created by PHP are either automatically assigned wrong permissions or that your host is doing something very strange with the requests during the backup process. Please give me Super Administrator access to your site so that I can try to figure out what is going on.

I am having the same problem. Seems to be fine on three others though.

I've tried a whole bunch of setting combination's but no luck.

If you would like an admin account to take a look, let me know.

Thanks!

Matt, if you have the "Post-process each archive part immediately" option checked, please try disabling it. There is a clash between this option and the multipart upload feature of Akeeba Backup Pro 3.2.b1 and later versions. It will be fixed before it goes stable. Until then, it's best to disable that option.
