Akeeba Backup Pro is filling my error log with the following messages:

Can anyone explain why I'm getting them and how to get rid of the errors?

Akeeba Backup always checks to see if plugin files exist when it instanciates any of its classes. Your PHP is not supposed to log inexistent files in its log. The best thing you can do is to set the Error Reporting to None in your Global Configuration.
