This is a memory outage error. It has nothing to do with the restoration. Ask your host to increase the PHP memory limit to 64Mb. Otherwise, you'll have to remove all unnecessary software (plugins, modules, components) from your website in order to lower the memory requirements of your site.

Here's the idea: PHP has a fixed amount of memory it can use on every page load, the exact value of which is controlled by your host. In your case it's 24Mb. The more plugins and modules you run, the more memory you need. You may reach the point when you're trying to load more stuff than the memory allowance permits. This causes memory outage errors. This is what happened to your site.
