i try to do a restoration (to change the host place) everythings goes wright until last step and after restoration i delete the installation directory and i have thie message when i go to my restoration URL

The system mooTools upgrade plugin, like most modern software written for Joomla!, requires PHP 5.2 to work. Your server is either running on PHP 5.0 or PHP 4.x, which is not compatible with that core plugin. Please ask your host to upgrade the PHP version on the server. Besides being required for running Joomla!, having a terribly outdated server is like a welcome treat for crackers who want to screw up your site.
