First, I cannot get to the support ticketing system. I use OpenDNS and when I click on "support Tickets" I get a message that reads:

Second: When I attempted to do the 3.1 stable update, it says that I need to put in my Akeeba UID/PWD. But when I click on the parameters button the popup window is empty.
