Just purchase AkeeBackUp PRO but can't find the link to down load it.
I gotta step out for a few hours. Looking forward to a painless transfer of two sites and databases from local to online.

It's very easy! Just go to the downloads section, Akeeba Backup and click on the latest release (3.1 at the time of this writing). The third box from the top should read "Akeeba Backup Professional" and have a biggish "Download file" button below it.

Thank you nicholas! I was in too much of a hurry to check out the download page properly. Some cool puglins there. I've never set up a cron job....so I'll be installing The Lazy Scheduling plugin as well .
