I get the following error

Can't create temp folder while trying to unpack using kickstart 2.4.2

This is the first time I have had this error I did a search and did not pull up any matches.

Any help or suggestions would be great.

Does the temp folder already exist? That would cause this. The normal answer for this problem is to use ftp mode, but I think something else is going on here. We usually get the "can't write" errors at the very beginning of the extract.
