Good Morning,

ISSUE: Backup completes successfully and an email notification of this is sent but only contains EMAIL_SUBJECT_OK and EMAIL_BODY_OK.

I've reviewed the forum for a solution. Tried a few but nothing changes. I've installed the ENGLISH - GB language file as well and the issue is still there.

I've now updated to Developers Release svn174 (great features added by the way) for Akeeba Pro, tried a few backups and the issue remains.

I've just noticed that the description is not shown when administering the backup files. It only has "no description" rather than "Backup taken on Friday, 02 July 2010 08:05"

Your help is appreciated and hope I haven't missed something simple.

This was a problem with English early in the alpha series, but hasn't been seen in quite a while. I'll flag this for Nicholas.

Are you using Akeeba Backup 3.0 stable? Is this a front-end backup, a CRON backup or a Remote backup? If it's a Remote backup, the plugin had a bug. I've uploaded a fixed version today which you can download and install on your site to fix this issue.

Hi Nicholas,

It was Abeeba Backup 3.0 and I've tried it with Remote Backup and from the Admin initiating it manually. I haven't tried the CRON yet and will try and see what happens.

I'll update and let you know.

Many thanks for your time and such a great product.

Hi Again,

I've updated Akeeba Remote Control (It's showing 2.5.0.36) and it was the Stable Version of 3.0 as well as SVN174 which I changed it to.

I kicked off a backup using Remote and manually from the Akeeba Component.

REMOTE: Email shows EMAIL_SUBJECT_OK and EMAIL_BODY_OK
MANUALLY: I must have been mistaken in the last post, there was no email sent through when it was manually started.

Thanks for your support.

Helps if I read your message correctly!! :)

I've looked for the updated version but can only find the XML-RPC plugin for Akeeba Backup dated 02/27/2010.

There are no releases available in the Developer's Releases section for Akeeba Remote Control.

Have I missed something?

The date wasn't updated, as I have corrected just the language bug which wasn't affecting many people. Please download the plug-in again, it's the correct version now (despite the old date).
