Hi!

After backup my Joomla! 1.5.15 website, with php5, there are no files inside of the JPA archive file - only the folder structure - in the folders /components and /admiinstrator/components - all other files and folder are ok.

Why?

Thanks in advance,
Alex

Akeeba Backup version? Log file of the backup run? How did you try extracting the archive? If using Kickstart, did you use Direct file writes or the FTP mode?

Akeeba Backup version: Akeeba Backup Professional 3.0.b1 (2010-04-18)
Log file of the backup run: yes, sent you logfile via mail
How did you try extracting the archive: Akeeba eXtract Wizard

I took a look at the log, there is nothing suspicious. I think you have been stung by a known issue of the last published version of eXtract. Please try the latest dev release. Other beta testers told me it works properly, I say it needs some more positive feedback before putting it officially online. Please test it and give me your feedback :)

Hi Nicholas,

yes, it works fine now. It was the eXtract Wizard.

Now recovered my site and run a testing installation with XAMPP 1.7.3 without any problems.

Thank you very much!

Alex, thanks! I guess I'll have to publish the new version of eXtract this week :)
