I signed up for your AkeebaDeluxe plan. Whenever I go to My Tickets, I get this message: "The page you requested is only available to subscribers." If I view My Subscriptions, I see my subscription in the list. Does it take a few days for that to work?

Sorry, I was out of office the past two days and didn't have the chance to follow up on the "My Tickets" system. There was a small bug which caused a time delay to activating your access. I have fixed it and I have checked that your access is allowed. You should now be able to enter the "My Tickets" section and post your support request. Thank you for your understanding and your patience while we run-in our new subscription and support systems :)
