Your blog entry of 22nd December 2009 promised "everyone who has donated over 25 EUR / 35 USD since December 1st, 2009 will receive a 50% discount coupon code for subscription services once they go live"

I donated 25 Euros on 25th February please can you tell me when I will receive the coupon code so that I can purchase Akeeba Backup Pro at a discount?

In the newsletter published on February 28, Nicholas said that an email would be going out this week regarding instructions for the prior contributors. Please be patient, we've run into some speed bumps with the site upgrade that we didn't expect. :D

OK. I'm just feeling a little miffed that I didn't leave it another day or two & then instead of donating I would have just bought Akeeba Backup Pro. At the moment even with a 50% discount it have cost me $40 rather than the normal $30 price.

We have upgraded this offer. Anyone who donated at least 25 Euros will be sent instructions on getting a free 1 year subscription to the Pro service. Those over 70 Euros will get a free 1 year Deluxe (pro + enhanced support) subscription. I'm compiling the list and setting up the emails right now :)

Working hours: We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Cyprus timezone (EET / EEST). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Europe. You can still file tickets outside of our working hours, but we cannot respond to them until we're back at the office.
