I've uninstalled and checked to be sure this file was removed, and then re-installed and I still get the same list.
Can you help? Soon?

These are mostly cosmetic bugs. You can go to Joomla!'s Global Configuration and set Error Reporting to None and they'll go away. Generally, it's a good idea turning notices and warnings display off on your live site, as they can leak information a potential hacker can use when attacking your site.
