After deleting old backups from "Manage Backups" I get the error as per attached pdf

Log out of your site, log back into it and the problem should go away.

If it didn't, go to your site's Global Configuration, click on the Site tab, and set the Default List Limit to 20. Click on Save & Close. Then log out, and log back in again.

The problem is that when you use a limit of "All" in the Manage Backups page it will always cause a divide by zero problem. You should really never use that list limit option. Even if it doesn't cause a divide by zero, having more than a couple hundred backups will very likely cause a PHP memory outage error. Unfortunately, it appears that Joomla does not offer a way to remove that option from the interface – and it doesn't even make sense that it offers it anyway.
