Dear Support-Team,

after starting the backup, the process will be stopped and I receive the following error:

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 415 ()
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 4
Raw server response:

415 Unsupported Media Type

415 Unsupported Media Type

openresty

I have to logout, login again and/or clear the cache to start the backup again. Starting it a second time it will works. Duirng the process sometimes another window with the message "please wait" will open (see screenshot).

The Host told me that it didn't depend from the server? Could you help me? Could it depends from Cloudfare?

Thanks a lor for your reply

Giovanni

Your host lied to you. This is caused by Immunify360 which is a service set up, configured, and operated by your host on their servers. The screenshot you sent us clearly shows its logo, if the HTTP status wasn't a dead giveaway…
