Dear Akeeba,

When making backup, post-processing with sending to One Drive personal sending does not work any more.

I get: Warnings (in yellow)

Failed to process file /var/www/vhosts/gregoriusblad.nl/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_akeebabackup/backup/site-gregoriusblad.nl-20241129-111154utc-4trOfsV0jh9DietR.jpa
Error received from the post-processing engine:
Akeeba\Engine\Postproc\Onedrive::multipartUpload - Maximum number of retries exceeded. The upload has failed.
Error unauthenticated: Unauthenticated
Post-processing interrupted -- no more files will be transferred

I updated Access and Refresh token, no result.

For your info I attached:
- screenshot of akeeba configuration
- akeeba logging file

Could you help me?

Best regards,

Ben Hillen

This is caused by an undocumented behavior change on Microsoft's side which only affects some, but not all, OneDrive accounts. Please upgrade to Akeeba Backup 9.9.11 which has a workaround for this issue. You may have to re-authenticate yet again.
