I there, I cant find where the post processing engine options is for Joomla 5.2 or where to put the Download ID.

First, please make sure that you have installed the Professional version. The Core version has neither of these features.

If you really do have the Professional version, the engine options are in the Configuration page of the backup profile, same place they've always been. There is no longer a "Configure..." button next to the post-processing drop-down; its options are shown below it automatically.

As for the Download ID, ever since Joomla! 4 this is a core Joomla! feature. Please read https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/akeeba-backup-joomla/update-dlid.html for more information.
