Dear madam or sir,

I cannot find where to add my licence code in the joomla akeeba backup component, after I created one in my account on your website. Futhermore, I get this error:

The backup operation has been halted because an error was detected.
The last error message was:

Akeeba\Engine\Archiver\Base:: Installer package /var/www/vhosts/theeducationcompany.nl/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_akeebabackup/installers/angie.jpa does not exist!

Could you please help me. Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Remco Brouwer

Akeeba Staff

Hello,

first of all, you have to install the Pro package in order to get the Pro features. If you did not store the Download ID key, the Akeeba Backup component will prompt you to do so, displaying a button that will send you to the correct page.

Regarding the error, it seems that one file is missing, please install the Pro package twice in a row, without uninstalling it. That should fix your issue.
